Whatever problem you think you are having it might not actually be true. Most of the "Problems" we see are the creation of a beautiful artist called the mind. We always see what we want to see, we always hear what we want to hear and we always believe what we want to believe, irrespective of it being true or not. Many a times we like to build a mess of a trivial situation and sometimes that is the reason we suffer for long.
We all must have been through a time where our sadness and happiness were both dependent on other people, so much so that we forgot our existence for some time. We are many a times also surrounded by such people who are like anchors; they will always pull you down. Here first thing we need to understand is that our life is not dependent on the existence of one person. We should not expect anyone to stay forever (except for family and some irreplaceable relatives). Those people who cannot be a reason for a smile on your face should be treated like a peel of the banana. You have to remove them.
Things and relationships might not always work out to be as per your expectations and you have to deal with it. There is no fixed standard of how things would be, they shape up eventually, but our expectations exceed everything and we screw up what little bit we have. Don't compare what you have with others, because if everybody and everything was same, we might never understand the difference.
Don't pity yourself in any situation, be it losing a job, getting rejected by your crush, not getting what you want, not getting good results, nothing. You become a loser by your thoughts and not by your deeds and it is the same thoughts that can take you to greatness as well. We feel like nagging, crying and quitting in most of the situations but remember, losers quit on failing and winners fail until they succeed.
“Erase the victim mentality. Remember you are capable of achieving greatness. If only you'd believe in your abilities to overcome. You are victorious. Celebrate the victory.”
“The problem with having problems is that ‘someone’ always has it worse.”
― Tiffany Madison, Black and White
Whatever you think you, you can't- either way you are right. If you think you can, you will find a way else you can always conveniently find an excuse. Anything and everything will seem difficult before you begin, but once you begin you're halfway there. Whatever limits, fear and hesitation you have, it's just in your mind. You define your limits and only you can push them.
“Limitations can only be undone by the mind that created them.”
― Erin Fall Haskell
If all the great businessman would have given up after failing for the first time, we might not be seeing the greats of Dhirubhai Ambani, Warren buffet, Bill gates, Mark zuckerberg etc.
Everyone has problems, everyone has failed, but those who were in control of their minds sailed thorugh and those who were not are still trying to find a way. Some people try to find solutions for problems and successful people try to learn from their problems.
It's all about how you see. Half empty or half full ?
